    Research on the Effect of Plunger Diameter Ratio on Peak Pressure of High Pressure Pulse Water Hammer Device

    • 摘要: 研究柱塞活塞直径比对脉冲压力波压力峰值的影响,选用4组不同直径的柱塞,采集并分析各组柱塞下装置出口压力的瞬态值和柱塞的运动速度,确定使得装置峰值压力最大的柱塞结构范围,其柱塞活塞直径比在1/3和1/2之间。

       

      Abstract: The paper studies the effect of plunger diameter ratio on the pressure peak of pulse pressure wave. The test chooses four group plungers with difference diameters, collectes and analyzes the pressure transient state data from the outlet of the devices and the velocity data of four plungers. And the results determine the plunger structure range of the maximum pressure peak, and the plunger diameter ratio is between1/3 and 1/2.
