    Gas Extraction Drilling Sealing Technology for Mining Seam Based on PD Sealing Material

    • 摘要: 为改进单一高瓦斯低透气性煤层本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔密封技术,开发了PD材料封孔技术,并在常村矿2101工作面进行了实际应用。应用结果表明:PD材料封孔技术效果显著,比同等条件下的普通封孔方法密封效果成倍提高;钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度由之前的9.6%增加到现在的36.5%,钻孔瓦斯抽采流量由之前的0.026 m3/min增加到现在的0.077 m3/min。

       

      Abstract: To improve gas extraction drilling sealing technique of mining seam for low permeability and high gassy single coal, PD sealing material technology is developed, and its engineering experiment is done in the 2101 working face of Changcun Coal Mine. The application results show that the PD material sealing technology is obvious, and its sealing effect increase exponentially than ordinary sealing method under the same conditions. Gas extraction concentration increases from 9.6% to 36.5%, and gas extraction flow increases from 0.026 m3/min to 0.077 m3/min.
