Safety Management Capacity Evaluation Model and Method of Coal Mining Enterprise Based on DEA Theory

摘要: 为了科学地评价煤矿企业安全管理能力,通过提出煤矿企业安全管理能力的内涵和评估指标体系,并且基于DEA原理建立了煤矿企业安全管理能力评价和排序模型。与此同时,实例研究的结果表明该评价方法能有效的综合反映煤矿企业安全管理能力现状。

Abstract: In order to scientifically evaluate the safety management capability of coal mining enterprises,the connotation and evaluation criteria system of it were clarified,and then the evaluation and ranking model were set up based on DEA theory.At the same time,the evaluation criteria system testified by empirical study has good applicability and effectiveness to reflect coal mining enterprises safety management capability.
