    Rapid Excavation Construction Technology for Large Section Seam Roadway

    • 摘要: 在高瓦斯条件下,巷道掘进的快慢将直接影响采掘工作面的正常接替。以余吾煤业掘进工作面为研究对象,通过对掘进工作面的现场观测分析,找到影响大断面煤巷快速掘进的影响因素,提出了改变顶板临时支护和优化掘进施工工艺等措施,同时利用工业工程现场管理知识对工序进行标准时间优化,提高了煤巷掘进速度。

       

      Abstract: In the high gas conditions, the speed of excavation will directly affect the normal replacement of mining working face. Taking excavating working face of Yuwu Coal Company as research objection, affecting factors which directly affect the rapid excavation of large section seam roadway are found through analyzing the excavating working face, and improving methods which include replacing temporary support and optimizing the excavation construction technology and so on are also brought forwards. At same time, each process time is standardized by using theory of industrial engineering management to enhance excavation speed of the seam roadway.
