    Large Section Once-tunneling High-speed Driving Technology for Extremely Thick Seam With Burst Potential

    • 摘要: 对于具有冲击倾向性特厚煤层大断面煤巷的掘进,从支护理念、设计思路、劳动组织、人本管理等方面对大断面一次成巷快速掘进技术进行了论证。提出了以班组管理为核心的管理体系,提出了“三技”“三遍”、“四勤”、“四清楚”为基础的快速掘进的工程理念。

       

      Abstract: For the driving of extremely thick seam with large section roadway and burst potential, the once-tunneling high-speed driving technology of large section is demonstrated from supporting theory, design idea, labor organization, humanistic management and so on. Then, the paper puts forward the management system of taking team management as the core system, and engineering of speedy drivage based on " three technologies", "three times", "four diligents", "four clarities".
