    Application of the Dust-tracking and Spraying Dust Suppression System at Fully Mechanized Coal Face

    • 摘要: 16122-1综采工作面应用一套KHCG500型采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统,系统能够定位采煤机在工作面的运行位置,根据运行位置确定喷雾支架位置,实现工作面的自动灭尘。现场应用表明,系统可对采煤作业时产生的大范围、高浓度粉尘进行自动多道喷雾高效降除。

       

      Abstract: Appling a set of KHCG500 shearer dust-tracking and spraying dust suppression system in the 16122-1 fully mechanized coal face, the system is able to locate the shearer running position in the face. According to shearer position, it determines spraying support position and realizes automatically the function of dust suppression by spraying.The actual application shows that the system can implement multi-channel and high-efficiency dedusting for a large range and high-concentration dust produced in coal mining.
