    Coal Mine Supply Safety Monitoring System Based on IEC 61850 Standard

    • 摘要: 提出一种基于IEC 61850标准的煤矿供电安全监控系统解决方案,详细阐述方案的系统架构和特点,并着重对影响煤矿供电安全的防越级跳闸技术、故障定位与系统恢复技术、小电流接地选线技术进行了说明和介绍。方案在朝川矿供电系统中得到应用,证明了所提解决方案的有效性和可行性,并提高了煤矿供电系统的安全监控和自动化水平。

       

      Abstract: The papper proposes a solution for coal mine supply safety monitoring system based on IEC 61850 standard. Its characteristics and system functional framework are elaborated. The technologies, such as anti-override trip, fault location and fault diagnosis, small current fault line detection technology, that can affect the safety of power system are especially expounded. The scheme is successfully applied to Chaochuan Mine power supply system, which proves validity and feasibility of the scheme. It also improves the monitoring and automation level of mine power supply system.
