    • 摘要: 通过对煤层的渗透性和瓦斯流速分析,得出排放钻孔有效排放半径在垂直煤层层理方向一般小于煤层层理方向的排放机理。介绍了钻屑指标法的测试原理,并通过钻屑量指标S值和钻屑解吸指标K1值的测定与分析,得出兴隆煤矿11301工作面φ75 mm的排放钻孔有效排放半径沿煤层层理方向和垂直层理方向分别为0.8、0.5 m。应用结果表明,设计的排放钻孔防突措施参数、布置方式安全可靠,简单易行。

       

      Abstract: By the analysis of seam permeability and gas flow rate, it concludes the emission mechanism that the effective emission radius of emissions drilling in vertical coal layer direction is generally less than the coal layer direction. The paper introduces the test principle of the drilling cuttings indicators. Through the measurement and analysis of drilling bits S value and drilling cuttings desorption indicators K1 value, the paper obtains the φ75 mm emission drilling effective emission radiuses of Xinglong Mine 11301 face in coal layer direction and vertical coal layer direction are 0.8 m, 0.5 m. Finally, emission radius and applications are designed according to the measurement results, the practice shows that the outburst prevention measures of emission drilling parameters and layout design are safe and reliable, simple.
