    嵩山矿2201工作面底板比压测试及综放四柱支架对底板适应性的分析

    Specific Pressure Test for Floor in 2201 Working Face of Songshan Coal Mine and Adaptability Analysis of Mechanized Caving Four-pillar Support on Floor

    • 摘要: 通过对永华集团嵩山矿2201工作面底板比压的测试,得出煤层底板容许比压和容许刚度,判断其底板为II类松软底板。通过对ZF2200/16/24综放四支柱液压支架的受力分析,得出了支架底座比压分布特征,计算出综放四支柱支架底座比压最大值,经校核,该矿选择的四柱式ZF2200/16/24型低位放顶煤支架能够满足2201工作面的底板比压要求。

       

      Abstract: By the test of floor specific pressure of 2201 working face in Songshan Coal Mine, the paper obtained the floor allowable specific pressure and allowable rigidity; it is known that the floor belongs to class II loose floor. By stress analyzing of ZF2200/16/24 mechanized caving four-pillar support, the paper drew the distribution characters and the maximum value of support pedestal specific pressure. After checking, the selected support can meet the requirements of floor in 2201 working face.
