    Comprehensive Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion in Closed Area of W2 Return Air Crosscut

    • 摘要: 小青矿W2回风石门因受采动影响巷道压力较大,密闭及围岩裂隙比较发育,形成漏风通道,造成闭内温度、CO浓度持续升高。为防止因漏风造成W2回风石门内密闭自然发火,采取了密闭内注氮、密闭补充砂段、围岩注加固剂、巷道喷浆、注白泥等一系列综合防火措施,消除了隐患,杜绝了自然发火事故发生。

       

      Abstract: Due to influenced by mining largely,the stress of W2 return air crosscut in Xiaoqing coal mine is big,the closed area and rock fissures are well developed,which form air leakage channel to rise closed temperature,CO concentration.To prevent spontaneous combustion caused by air leakage in closed area of W2 return air crosscut,a series of fire prevention measures,such as injecting nitrogen in closed area,adding sand sections in closed area,injecting consolidation in rock,grouting in roadway and injecting white mud,etc were taken,which eliminated potential problems and the spontaneous combustion accidents.
