    Quick Exhaust Technology for Coal Mine Underground Refuge Chamber

    • 摘要: 对煤矿井下避难硐室内部实际的排风情况进行理论分析,确定了影响硐室排风速度大小的因素,得出排风速度不仅与外接压风供风量、内外压差有关,而且和排风管道直径有关。由于排风速度受到这些因素的影响,在硐室内外压差控制在一定范围内的条件下,保证内部空气质量,提出了设计硐室快速排气装置的要求,从装置的作用、能源节约、操作简便等方面进行设计,满足煤矿井下紧急避险系统无大功率、大容量电源,无安全隐患,易维护、经济实用等要求。

       

      Abstract: Through the theoretical analysis about the actual exhaust situations in coal mine underground refuge chamber, the factors affecting the size of exhaust speed were determined. The exhaust speed not only had relation to the amount of wind that the external air pressure system provided for the coal mine refuge chamber, but also concerned with the internal and external pressure difference and the diameter of the exhaust pipe. Because the exhaust speed is influenced by these factors, under the condition of internal and external pressure difference within a certain range, in order to ensure the internal air quality, the quick exhaust equipment was designed in some aspects, such as the function of the equipment, energy conservation, simple operation and so on, which met the requirements of no high-power and large capacity power, no safety risks, simple maintenance, economic practicality for coal mine underground refuge chamber.
