    顶板千米定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术

    Gas Extraction Technology of Kilometer and Directional Drilling in the Roof

    • 摘要: 针对沙曲矿高瓦斯煤层群综采工作面上隅角和回风流中瓦斯经常超限的难题,运用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法,理论分析了瓦斯在煤层开采过程中的积聚和运移规律,并结合从德国引进的DDR-1200千米定向钻机,提出了采用千米定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术。根据14205综采工作面开采的实际条件,确立了抽采参数,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,千米定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术与传统的高抽巷相比具有明显的优势,单孔瓦斯抽采浓度达到79%,最大抽采纯量12.8 m3/min。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of gas content overrun on upper corner and return airway in fully-mechanized face of high gas seam group in Shaqu Coal Mine, it analyzed the build-up and shift law of gas in the process of coal seam mining theoretically. Combined with the kilometer and directional drilling machine DDR-1200 which was imported from Germany, it proposed the gas extraction technology with the kilometer and directional drilling. According to actual mining conditions of 14205 working face, it established the parameters of the gas extraction, and carried out the industrial test. The results showed that, compared to the traditional high pumping roadway, the gas extraction technology of kilometer and directional drilling had obvious advantages, the concentration single-hole gas drainage reached 79%, and the maximum extraction scalar reached 12.8 m3/min, so that it achieved the safe and high-efficient exploitation of coal and gas.
