    松软煤层严重喷孔部位钻进工艺

    Study of Drilling Technology of Serious Nozzle Parts in the Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 钻孔实施到位是煤矿防突工作的基础。但在湖南袁家矿区松软煤层施钻时,由于喷孔导致钻孔缩颈堵孔卡钻,电煤钻孔深一般只能达到6~7 m,而大功率液压钻则只能达到4~5 m。针对这一问题,研制出拖动式下套方式,采用在严重喷孔区段施钻的套管跟进成孔法。其特点是套管与钻杆同时钻进。以黄牛岭矿业有限公司应用为例,分别阐述(钻进、下套钻进和退钻留套)3道工序操作要点及其应用效果。

       

      Abstract: Drilling implementation in place is the foundation of preventing outburst.However,when drilling in Hunan Yuanjia soft coal seam,with the problems of neck shrank,plugging hole and stuck drill caused by nozzle,the drilling drilled by electricity-coal rig only reach 6~7 m,and merely 4~5 m with the high power hydraulic rig.In order to solve this problem,developing a type of dragging,the method of casting follow-up into hole was used in serious section of the drilling nozzle.Its characteristic is casing and drill pipe drilling working together.Take the application in Huangniuling mining Co.,Ltd as an example,expounds the key operations and the application effect.
