    • 摘要: 详细阐述了相控聚焦和相控偏转的基本原理,分析了相控延时超声无损检测的优越性,给出了马营煤矿9102综放面顶梁探伤三维输出图像。研究及应用结果表明:相控聚焦和相控延时或者二者的排列组合可对综放面几何形状相对复杂的设备进行精确可靠探伤,三维输出图像可有效判别缺陷发展趋势和设备后期破坏形式,有利于提高综放设备寿命和保证综放面经济高效开采。

       

      Abstract: The advantages of phased delay ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology were analyzed by elaborating the principle of phased focus and phased deflection. The three-dimensional output image of top beam detection was given at 9102 full-mechanized caving face in Maying Coal Mine. The research and application results indicated that phased focus and phased deflection, or their permutation could complete the accurate and reliable detection for mechanized caving equipments with relatively complex geometric figures, and the three-dimensional output image could effectively judge the defect development tendency and device late failure form, which could raise the mechanized caving equipment life and ensured economic and efficient mining.
