    Study on Advance Support Technology of Large Cross-section Roadway at Double Unit Face

    • 摘要: 新汶矿业集团翟镇煤矿3405E对拉工作面的大断面巷道高达5.2 m,传统的单体支柱配铰接顶梁的超前支护模式难以满足安全生产的要求,通过应用数值模拟等方法设计出了适合大断面回采巷道的自移式超前液压支架支护模式并成功用于工程实践。

       

      Abstract: Large cross-section roadway at 3405E double unit face in Zhaizhen coal mine of Xinwen mining group reaches up to 5.2 m.Since the traditional advance support pattern by monomer pillar with hinged bar fails to meet the requirements of safety production,a support pattern of self-motion advanced hydraulic support which is suitble for large cross-section roadway has been designed in this paper by using such methods as numerical simulation,and the new model has been successfully applied in engineering practice.
