    • 摘要: 通过分析、对比双通道式末采前综掘主、辅撤架的施工工艺与末采后炮掘与采煤机联合施工单撤架通道的工艺,结合大采高支架架型、撤架运输设备、综掘机掘进参数,根据矿井自身巷道来压规律与围岩的变形特性,合理选择撤架通道施工工艺,实现综掘机与采煤机联合施工撤架通道的工艺。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis and comparison of dual-channel type fully mechanized main, auxiliary withdrawal support construction technology before end mining and blasting and mining machine with the construction of single withdrawal support channel after end mining, combined with large mining height support type, withdrawal support transport equipment, digging machine tunneling parameters, it selected reasonable withdrawal support channel construction technology according to the pressure law of the mine roadway itself and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock, achieved the process of joint construction withdrawal support channel of digging machine and coal mining machine.
