    Hydraulic Punching Technology Optimization in "Three-soft" Severe Outburst Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对豫西孟津煤矿水力冲孔存在的问题,从水力学理论、钻孔布置及冲孔工艺进行了详细的分析。通过把多喷嘴转化当量喷嘴,计算了当量直径和流量系数确定的水射流的压力。提出了射流压力与瓦斯压力的同向作用和反向作用,经过选取有效的冲孔钻具,优化钻孔布置方式,采用先下后上二次冲孔工艺实现了在透气性较差煤层的快速消突。现场考察说明该措施能很好的消除突出危险,掩护煤巷掘进速度由小于35 m/月提高到了115 m /月。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem of hydraulic punching in Mengjin Coal Mine, west of Henan province, it analyzed in detail from hydraulics theory, drilling layout and punching process. Through changing the multi-nozzle to the equivalent nozzle, it calculated the pressure of water jet determined by equivalent diameter and flow coefficient. It put forward the synclastic effect and reverse effect between water jet pressure and gas pressure. Through selecting the effective punching tools, it optimized boreholes arrangement, and it realized rapid outburst elimination in the coal seam of poor permeability by using the two times punching process of first under and second upper. The site investigation showed that the measure could eliminate the outburst danger effectively, the driving speed of protection roadway increased from 35m/month to 115 m/month, it achieved good results.
