    One Time Blasting Method of Full-face in Large Section Rock-roadway

    • 摘要: 针对大断面岩巷全断面一次起爆中,雷管数目较多,串联网络配合FD200型发爆器无法保证网络准爆的问题,通过计算准爆参数、地面模拟试验,对起爆网络的准爆性条件进行了研究。引入发火冲量K作为检验雷管准爆性的关键参数,试验起爆网络不同的连线方式的方法,以寻求适合全断面一次起爆技术最优的连线方式。试验结果表明:对于全断面一次起爆92发电雷管,采用串并联2条支路的连线方式,可以保证网络一次起爆成功。

       

      Abstract: The number of detonators was large, the series network with FD200 type exploder could not guarantee network quasi-explosive in one time blasting of full-face in large section rock-roadway, according to these problems, by calculating the parameters of the potential explosion, ground simulation test, it studied quasi-explosive conditions of blasting network. It introduced firing impulse K as testing key parameters of detonators quasi-explosive, and tested different connection method of blasting network to seek optimal connection method of one time blasting technology which was suitable for full-face. The results showed that for one time blasting 92 detonators of full-face, series parallel connection with two branches could guarantee network one time blasting successful.
