    Supporting Technology of High Stress and Soft Rock Roadway in Fault Zone

    • 摘要: 根据泉店煤矿深部开采的地质条件,针对位于断层构造带的高应力软岩巷道的变形破坏特征,并采用实验室理论分析方法深入研究了在断层构造影响下高应力软岩巷道支护承载结构失稳破坏原因,研究提出新型高强稳定型支护技术。此技术采用带梁锚索对高强锚网支护承载结构进行结构补偿,以提高承载结构的承载能力和结构稳定性。该技术在现场进行了工业性试验,成功应用于泉店煤矿巷道支护实践。

       

      Abstract: According to the geological conditions of deep mining in Quandian coal mine and deformation and failure characteristics of high stress soft rock roadway in fault zone,the article has deeply analyzed the damage causes of bearing structural instability in high stress and soft rock roadway under the influence of fault structures by laboratory theoretical analysis methods.Then the high strength and steady supporting technology has been put forward.Structure compensation was done for bearing structure of high-strength anchor network supporting with anchor cable and beam.The technology has been taken into industrial experiment and has been applied successfully in the supporting of Quandian mine.
