    The Influence of Roadway Two Sides Strength on Floor Heave Control

    • 摘要: 通过理论分析,建立了不同煤岩条件下巷道两帮位移与底鼓的力学模型;运用数值计算软件UDEC模拟了两帮煤体不同强度条件下巷道底板变形破坏特征,结果表明:巷道两帮煤体强度与底鼓量之间成反比关系。在此基础上提出加强回采巷道两帮煤体支护强度控制两帮位移量来减小巷道底鼓量围岩控制思想,现场工业性试验结果表明,该围岩控制技术能有效的控制巷道底板变形。

       

      Abstract: By means of theory analysis, the mechanical models of deformation of roadway two sides and floor heave under different coal and rock conditions are built up. The floor heave is simulated under different strength of two sides by using UDEC. The result shows that the relationship between two sides coal strength and floor heave is inverse relation. On the basis, the paper puts forward that it is useful in floor heave control with the reinforced support of coal side through the reduction of the displacement of coal side. Field research shows the technology is effective in the control of floor heave.
