    Supporting Design and Numerical Simulation in Soft Rock Roadway Under High Stress

    • 摘要: 针对某矿T1493风道绕道的具体条件,对其进行了锚网支护参数设计,结合所得到的支护参数,确定其支护形式为全断面锚喷网支护。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对该风道绕道3种支护方案的巷道位移变化和塑性区变化进行了模拟,通过对比得出了最佳支护方案。对该风道绕道水平变形、顶板下沉变形和底鼓变形进行了观测,结果发现锚喷网支护满足其支护要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the conditions of T1493 airway and roundabout way in a coal mine, the paper designs the bolt mesh support parameters. Combining with the support parameters, the support form can be determined as full-face bolting and shotcrete net support. Using the numerical simulation software FLAC3D,the paper simulates the roadway displacement and plastic zone changes of the three support plans of the airway and roundabout way. By contrast, the best support scheme is got. Through the observation of the horizontal deformation, roof subsidence and floor heave deformation of the airway and roundabout way, it is found that the bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh could meet the support requirements.
