    巷道洒水车喷嘴选择及优化布置

    Selection and Optimization Arrangement of Roadway Sprinkler Nozzle

    • 摘要: 对巷道喷雾洒水车的喷嘴选择及布置情况进行了研究。为加大雾化角度,喷嘴选用螺旋喷嘴,通过Fluent流体力学得到了单个喷嘴的水流压力图和流速图。利用空间几何确定6个喷嘴的安装分布,并通过Fluent软件进行了喷雾颗粒的仿真分析,得出的喷雾轨迹图,验证了喷嘴选择及布置的合理性。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies the nozzle selection and arrangement about the roadway sprinkler. To increase atomizing angle, the spiral nozzle was selected. Through the Fluent fluid mechanics, the water pressure and flow diagram were received. Six nozzles installation distribution were determined by the space geometry. And through the Fluent software, the simulation analysis of the spray particle was made and the spray path diagram was received, which had verified the rationality of the nozzle selection and the arrangement.
