    • 摘要: 为了解决低透气性煤层注水难的问题,对水锤装置的峰值压力进行了研究。首先从柱塞冲击产生脉冲压力波的机理入手,利用柱塞冲击过程运动微分方程,得到柱塞活塞直径比影响脉冲压力波峰值压力的机理,随后通过试验研究柱塞活塞直径比对脉冲压力波压力峰值的影响,其有利于改进装置的柱塞结构以提高装置输出峰值压力,进而改善低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采和注水防尘的效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problem of low permeability coal seam water injection, this paper researched the peak pressure of water hammer. This paper firstly introduced the mechanism of pulse pressure wave produced by plunger impact, established the differential equation that described the plunger impact process, finally got the mechanism that the plunger 's diameter impacted the pressure peak of pulse pressure wave. Then based on laboratory tests, the plunger's diameter impacting on the pressure peak of pulse pressure wave was discussed. The study would be good for improving the device structure and increasing the pressure peak, and then would improve the effect of preventing dust by water-injecting and gas drainage in the coal seam that the permeability was low.
