    井下集中式降温系统设计新思路

    New Designing Idea of Centralized Cooling System for Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对济宁二号煤矿热害状况和矿井实际条件,提出区域集中式冷水降温系统设计思路。利用制冷降温系统制取低温冷水,降低风流温度,介绍了系统工作原理、布置流程及冷凝热排放方案,并对冷凝热排放方案进行了比较分析,选择间接使用矿井涌水作为冷却水方式。

       

      Abstract: On account of the heat injury situation and the actual mine conditions of Jining NO.2 coal mine,the paper suggests new designing ideas of regional centralized cold water cooling system.The idea is getting the low temperature cold water from cooling system and reducing the air temperature.The paper introduces operating principle of the system,arrangement and the solutions of discharge heat condensation.Through the comparative and analysis,the solution of indirect using mine gushing water as cooling water was chosen.
