    Study on Control of Extremely Soft Rock Crossheading Floor Heave

    • 摘要: 以新上海一号煤矿1085顺槽为例, 分析了该巷底臌严重的原因,根据对现场巷道破坏情况的调查及对底臌类型的判断,提出适合该巷道维护特点的底部混凝土砌块支护方式。研究结果表明该支护方式在巷道得到成功应用,有效控制了底臌的变形。

       

      Abstract: Taking 1085 crossheading in New Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine as an example, the paper analyzed the reasons of serious floor heave. According to the investigation of roadway damage and the judgment of floor heave type, the paper proposed a new support method of bottom concrete block. The practice shows that this method is quite suitable for this mine, good result of controlling the floor heave is obtained with the scheme, and the method can meet the need of the transportation and production of the mine.
