    半孤岛综放工作面采空区顺槽顶板煤层自燃预控技术

    Pre-control Technology of Coal Seam Spontaneous Combustion at Goaf Crossheading Roof in Half Isolated Island Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对半孤岛综放工作面临侧采空区遗煤多、漏风严重,顺槽顶板煤层自然发火危险性大等特殊实际,对顺槽顶板煤层易自然发火的原因进行了分析,进而结合3105工作面的实际情况提出了包括自然发火预测预报技术、堵漏风技术和压注防灭火材料等技术措施的临侧采空区顺槽顶板煤层自燃预控技术,有效防止了3105综放半孤岛工作面临侧采空区自然发火事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: For the special reality of much residual coal, serious air leakage and the dangerous possibility of coal seam spontaneous combustion of the crossheading roof in side-impending goaf of half isolated island fully mechanized caving face, the reasons of coal seam spontaneous combustion of crossheading roof were analyzed. Then according to the practical situation of 3-105 working face, the pre-control technology of the coal seam spontaneous combustion of the crossheading roof in side-impending goaf including the forecast technology of spontaneous combustion, plugging-wind technology and pressure injection of fire prevention material was put forward, which effectively prevented the accidents of coal spontaneous combustion in side-impending goaf of 3-105 half isolated island fully mechanized caving face.
