    The Technology of Fire Preventing and Extinguishing of Fly Ash Dynamic Pressure Grouting

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿灌浆系统无法满足矿井安全生产要求,研究了一种粉煤灰动压灌浆防灭火系统,以欧姆龙PLC为控制核心,由渣浆泵、排污泵、压力变送器等构成。采用自耦减压器控制三相渣浆泵电机启动,浮球液位开关控制排污泵启停。压力变送器检测当前的管路压力值,送入PLC中与设定压力超限值进行比较,若压力超限并持续60 s,则控制渣浆泵停止运转。上位机监控系统接收来自PLC控制系统的实时压力和流量值并显示,可实现对灌浆系统主要管路压力和流量的监测。

       

      Abstract: At present, the coal mine grouting system was unable to meet the requirements of current coal mine safety production. Aiming at this problem, it studied a fire preventing and extinguishing system of fly ash dynamic pressure. This system used Omron PLC as the control core, consisted of the slurry pump, the sewage pump and the pressure transmitter etc. The auto decompressor controlled the motor starting of three-phase electric slurry pumps and the float ball liquid level switches controlled start and stop of the sewage pump. The pressure transmitter detected current pipeline pressure value, the value was transmitted into PLC and compared with set pressure value. If the pressure overloaded and sustained over 60s, it controlled the slurry pump stop. PC monitoring system received the real-time pressure and flow value from the PLC control system, then displayed, it realized the monitoring for the main pipeline pressure and flow of grouting system.
