    The Special Fire Prevention and Control Technology During Residual Mining Phase in Yangcun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 杨村煤矿属于衰老矿井,各采煤面为煤柱及下分层工作面,周围采空区复杂、老巷穿梭,上下巷掘进期间经常与其它老巷交叉,工作面漏风严重。经验证,工作面掘进期间采用小炮掘进、老巷密闭及过巷段喷浆注水,回采时采用在采空区不对称注氮、调整通风系统等方式进行防灭火,对矿井残采阶段自然发火的防治具有良好效果。

       

      Abstract: As aged mine, Yangcun Coal Mine took coal pillar and working face of low slice as mining face which encircled by complicated goaf and old drifts. Top and bottom drifts were often intersected with other old drifts during drifting, and meanwhile the working face was often confronted with severe air leakage. Experiment proved that if the methods including blasting driving, old drift sealing, and grouting and water injection during roadway passing section, as well as the methods such as asymmetric nitrogen injection and adjustment of ventilation system in goaf during extraction are applied to fire prevention and extinguishing during the driving of working face, good effect for the prevention of spontaneous fire can be achieved.
