    Design and Application of Water Film Dust Removal Device

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿粉尘治理存在的问题和不足,设计了一种水膜除尘装置:在巷道形成大断面水膜,利用水膜捕捉和吸附粉尘,并进行了数值模拟和现场实验。结果表明,装置对巷道粉尘净化后,巷道粉尘最高浓度为3.9%,净化率最高达到95.5%;呼吸性粉尘最高1.0%,净化率最高达到94.3%。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems and deficiencies of coal mine dust control, a water film dust removal device was designed by using the water film to capture and adsorb the dust, which formed a large section of water film in the roadway, and the numerical simulation and field experiments were carried out. The results showed that after using this device to purify the dust in the roadway, the highest concentration of dust was 3.9%, and the highest purifying rate was 95.5%. Furthermore, the highest concentration of respirable dust was 1.0%, and the highest purifying rate was 94.3%.
