    岩石机械化掘进工作面高效除尘系统

    Efficient Dust Removal System on Rock Mechanization Heading Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决岩石机械化掘进工作面粉尘浓度居高不下的难题,研制了适用于岩石机械化掘进工作面的高效除尘系统;从理论上论证了可控循环风通风除尘系统在有毒有害气体较少的南部回风大巷岩石机械化掘进工作面是可行的,研制了风幕控尘装置,确定了较优参数,并设计了可实现近距离三维吸尘且随机移动的高效抽尘净化装置。该系统在唐口煤业南部回风大巷掘进工作面应用后,工作面有人作业处全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别平均达到91.6%和90.5%,有效降低了现场的粉尘浓度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the high dust concentrations problems on rock mechanization heading face,efficient dust removal system for rock mechanization heading face was developed.It is proved theoretically that controlled recirculating airflow ventilation and dust removal system is feasible on rock mechanical heading face of the south return air roadway with less hazardous gas,air curtain device of controlling dust was developed,the better parameter was determined,and efficient pumping dust purification equipment which can achieve closely three-dimensional dust absorption and random movement was designed.After the application of the system on rock mechanical heading face in the south return air roadway of Tangkou coal industry,the dust-laying rate of total dust and respirable dust in operation department of workface averagely reached 91.6% and 90.5%,which reduced the dust concentration in the field effectively.
