    A Safety Protection Circuit for Mine-used Series Batteries

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于单片机的可充电电池组安全保护电路,阐述了保护电路的硬件及软件设计,当单节电池或电池组出现过充、过放、过温时保护电路能可靠的切断电池组与外部电路的连接,从而保证了电池的安全性、延长了电池的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it designed a safety protection circuit for rechargeable series batteries based on microcontroller, and described the hardware and software design of this protection circuit. The safety protection circuit could reliably cut off the series batteries connection with external circuit when overcharge, over-discharge, over temperature of a single battery or series batteries occurred. So it could ensure the safety of the battery, and prolong the service life of the battery.
