    林南仓矿大断面软岩巷道支护技术

    Supporting Technology of Large Section Soft Rock Roadway in Linnancang Mine

    • 摘要: 膨胀性软岩遇水变软、流变性强、强度低,使得巷道支护十分困难。在传统锚喷、锚注工艺基础上,林南仓矿针对不同种类软岩,分别应用3种支护方法:大断面可缩支架配合薄喷混凝土联合支护、大断面锚网+架棚+喷射混凝土+底拱+注浆联合支护、全封闭型双层钢筋混凝土支护。3种方法在现场实践中取得了良好的效果,使得一次支护成功率接近70%。

       

      Abstract: It is very difficult to support expansive soft rock roadway, because of the bad characteristics of soften in water, low intensity and strong rheological behaviors. On the basis of traditional process of bolt-shotcrete and bolt-grouting, three kinds of support ways are applied in different types of soft rock. The support methods are combined support with yielding support of large section and thin shotcrete, combined support with large section anchor network, shed, shotcrete, bottom arch and grouting, totally enclosed double layer reinforced concrete. The application showed preferable supporting effect and successful rate of first support was close to 70%.
