    Analysis of "Three Points" Control and Management Methods in Coal Mine Safety Production

    • 摘要: 通过对煤矿近年数万条隐患进行了分析,结果表明,威胁井下安全生产的因素可以总结为“三点”,即“危险点、危害点、事故高发点”。这“三点”是煤矿安全生产的要点、注意点和主控点。有效地控制“三点”,有助于掌控井下现场,进而减少事故发生。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it analyzed thousands of hidden dangers of coal mine in recent years, the results showed that the factors threatening underground safety production could be summed up as "Three Points"1, namely "dangerous points, hazard points, high accident points". The "Three Points" were the key points, attention points and main control points of coal mine safety production. Effectively controlling the "Three Points" would be helpful to control the underground scene, and reduced the accidents.
