    Current Status Analysis and Suggestions of Site Audit Management in Mining Product Safety Approval and Certification

    • 摘要: 矿用产品安全标志管理制度是国家矿山安全生产的有效保障。经过不断创新和改进,安全标志认证工作已实现科学化、规范化、程序化、信息化。现场评审不仅是矿用产品安全标志审核发放过程中不可或缺的重要环节,同时也是发证后监督管理便于实施和行之有效的得力手段。通过简要回顾矿用产品安全标志管理制度发展历程,从现场评审把关作用、管理手段、评审任务量、评审周期等方面分析研究了矿用产品安全标志现场评审管理现状,并提出了改进建议,如加强评审员队伍建设、实行企业分级管理、改进评审收费方式。

       

      Abstract: Mining product safety approval and certification management system was effective protection for national mine safety production. Through continuous innovation and improvement, safety approval and certification work had achieved scientific, normative, proceduralized and information. Site audit was not only an indispensable part in the process of examining and issuing of mining product safety approval and certification, but also the effective way which facilitated the implementation of supervision and management after certification. Through a brief review of the development process of mining product safety approval and certification management system, it analyzed and studied site audit management status of mining product safety approval and certification from the aspects of site audit checking role, management tools, audit assignments, audit cycles, etc. Finally, it proposed improvement suggestions, such as strengthening auditor group construction, carrying out enterprise hierarchical management, improving audit charge way.
