    • 摘要: 针对煤矿设计部门瓦斯抽采钻孔设计繁琐、效率低等问题,提出了底板穿层钻孔和石门揭煤钻孔抽采瓦斯参数设计模型,基于3DSMAX软件平台开发了三维立体瓦斯抽采钻孔程序,将程序用于现场瓦斯抽采钻孔设计。结果表明:三维立体瓦斯抽采钻孔设计结果以三维图和参数报表输出,三维图形能方便地转换为平、剖面图,并用于现场施工,参数报表给出了钻孔施工参数及工程量。通过修改钻孔设计参数,可以优化钻孔设计,节省钻孔工程量和施工费用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex gas drainage borehole design and low efficiency in coal mine planning, the gas extraction parameter design model of floor through-seam borehole and cross-cut borehole is put forward. 3D design program of gas extraction borehole is developed by 3DSMAX software platform, which is used to design gas extraction borehole on site. The results show that the gas extraction borehole 3D design is displayed by three-dimensional map and the report parameters. The three-dimensional graphics can be easily converted into plane or profile graphics and used in site operation. The parameters report gives out borehole operation parameters and quantities. By modifying the borehole design parameters, it can optimize the borehole design, and save drilling quantities and construction costs. The program design improves labor efficiency of engineers.
