    Similar Material Simulation Study on Isolated Coal Pillar Gangue-paste Backfill Mining

    • 摘要: 根据相似原理,通过相似材料试验,对孤岛煤柱矸石膏体充填开采过程中支承压力分布规律以及采场围岩相互关系进行了研究。结果表明矸石膏体充填并没有改变工作面煤壁前方应力赋存状态,仅仅是改变了应力大小;随着工作面推进,采场形成“煤柱-充填体-煤壁”支承结构共同支护顶板,而充填体对煤柱提供侧向约束作用,既可提高了煤柱的稳定性,又可减小了煤柱的宽度,提高煤炭回收率。

       

      Abstract: Based on similarity principle and similar material simulation test, the abutment pressure distribution laws during isolated coal pillar gangue-paste backfill mining and relationship between stope and surrounding rock were studied. The results showed that gangue-paste backfill mining only changed the magnitude of stress instead of stress state ahead work face; with the working face advanced, a "pillar-backfill-wall" supporting structure was formed in stope to support the roof; the backfill body provided lateral constraint, which could improve the stability of coal pillar and decrease the width of pillar, and improve the recovery rate of coal resource.
