    Experimental Study on Full-mechanized Caving Mining Pressure Laws in Shallow Buried and Thick Soil

    • 摘要: 根据陕北麻黄梁矿3#煤层首个综放工作面煤层赋存特征及上覆岩层力学参数,对薄基岩厚土层覆盖条件下的综放开采进行了相似材料模拟实验研究。研究认为,麻黄梁矿3#煤层综放开采覆岩并未出现全厚度切落,厚土层在工作面初次来压后逐步呈现整体下沉;在对实验支架初撑力和最大工作阻力进行分析的基础上,确定出麻黄梁矿综放开采支架的合理工作参数。

       

      Abstract: According to characteristics of 3# coal seam firstly fully-mechanized caving face and the mechanical parameters of overlying strata in Mahuangliang Coal Mine which is in the north of Shaanxi, the paper did simulation experiment by using equivalent material in the condition of thin bedrock and thick soil covered. The research pointed that the overlying strata of 3# seam fully-mechanized caving face in Mahuangliang did not appear fully thickness cut down, the thick soil layer sink as a whole gradually after the working face's initial pressure; on the basis of the analysis for experimental support setting load and working resistance, the paper determined the reasonable parameter of the support in fully-mechanized caving face.
