    Dust Diffusion Laws and Air Curtain Controlling Dust Technology in Tunneling Working Face

    • 摘要: 根据机掘工作面风流分布状况、粉尘扩散规律、气幕控尘机理及其影响因素的研究,确定了气幕控尘的控制区域、气幕控尘设备的主要技术参数及布置位置,在此基础上建立机掘工作面模拟降尘系统进行试验,结果显示使用气幕控尘后司机处的降尘效率达80%以上,气幕控尘效率达70%以上。

       

      Abstract: According to the study of air flow distribution condition, dust diffusion law, air curtain controlling dust mechanism and the other influencing factors in tunneling working face, the paper determines the control region of air curtain controlling dust, the main technical parameters and arrangement positions of air curtain controlling devices. On this basis, the paper establishes tunneling working face model to simulate dust suppression system and makes experiment. The result show that the dust efficiency at drivers position is more than 80%, and the dust control efficiency of the air curtain is more than 70% after using air curtain controlling dust technology.
