    松软煤层水射流卸压增透技术

    Water Jet Depressurization Increasing Permeability Technology in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 采用水射流卸压增透技术对低透气性松软煤层进行强化抽采,通过对水射流措施过程中的平均瓦斯涌出量、出煤量、喷孔情况等关键特征进行分析,得出钻孔瓦斯平均涌出速度、出煤量是水射流卸压增透效果的有效考察指标。对于松软煤层来说,钻孔最后一次喷孔的瓦斯涌出量与时间斜率绝对值 也是一个重要指标,能较直接地反应水射流措施后的卸压效果。坚固性系数在0.2左右的煤体,径向喷孔的直径在4.00 mm的情况可以较好进行水射流卸压增透。

       

      Abstract: Water jet depressurization increasing permeability technology is uesed to strengthen the gas drainage in low permeability soft coal seam, the key characteristics such as the average gas emission, coal output and jet orifice are analyzed, the average gas emission rate and coal output are proved as good investigation indexes for water jet depressurization increasing permeability effect. For soft coal seam, the time absolute slope value and gas emission after the last jet orifice are also important investigation indexes, which could show directly the depressurization increasing permeability effect of water jet. Water jet depressurization increasing permeability technology has well effect under the situation of the radial orifice diameter in 4.00 mm and the consistent coefficient of the coal as 0.2.
