    汪洋煤矿通风系统优化

    The Optimization of Ventilation System in Wangyang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 随着生产能力的不断提高和通风线路的不断增长,通风阻力增大,汪洋煤矿回采工作面有效风量难以满足需要,工作面回风及隅角瓦斯时有超限。矿井对原有通风系统进行优化,方案实施后,通风阻力下降达59%,通风难易程度由中等变为容易,通风电费每年节约76 万余元,较好地满足了安全生产需要,实现了煤矿通风节能减排。

       

      Abstract: With the increasing manufacture capacity and the growing ventilation circuit,the ventilation resistance of Wangyang coal mine has increased,and the effective wind of recovery face was difficult to meet the needs.Sometimes the face of maneuvering air and the corner gas is overrun.After the coal mine implementing optimization to the original ventilation system,the ventilation resistance declines 59%,the degree of difficulty and simplicity in the ventilation becomes easier,the ventilation electricity saves 76 million every year,it satisfies the safety needs well,and achieves the energy saving of ventilation to the coal mine.
