    Fully Mechanized Mining Safety Technology for Large-dip Angle Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 大倾角煤层由于煤层及围岩节理发育,工作面煤壁易片帮、冒落,加之采落的煤炭、掉落的矸石等物沿底板滑动滚落,运输机、支架下滑等诸多因素,给综采工艺在大倾角煤层工作面的大规模应用带来了很大困难。张村矿通过伪斜施工、煤壁浅孔注水、防片防滚等综合性措施实施,顺利实现了大倾角综采工作面的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The factors, including coal wall caving and falling, mined coal and waste rock rolled along the floor, glide of conveyor and support, have brought great difficulties to the application of fully mechanized mining technology in large-dip angle coal seam. Zhangcun Coal Mine smoothly realizes safe production of large-dip fully mechanized mining face through comprehensive measures including oblique construction, coal wall shallow hole injection, anti-caving and anti-rolled.
