    • 摘要: 针对车集煤矿深部岩巷锚网喷支护段巷道由于受深部较高地应力作用,巷道表面喷层开裂脱落严重的现象,分析了混凝土喷层破坏的特征和机理,提出了采用化学纤维混凝土湿喷技术改善喷浆质量,并对化学纤维混凝土的原料配比、湿喷技术的设备选型和工艺流程进行确定。现场试验表明该工艺混凝土喷射质量较高且改变了浆皮开裂脱落严重的被动局面,取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of severe cracked and exfoliated roadway surface spray layer in deep rock roadway of Cheji Coal Mine with the combined support of concrete and bolting wire mesh, which influenced by the higher ground stress, the characteristics and mechanism of concrete spray layer is analyzed, the technology of chemical fiber concrete wet-spraying is proposed to improve the quality of sprayed concrete, the raw material ratio, the equipment selection and the technological process are also determined. The field results show that the quality of sprayed concrete is higher by using the technology of chemical fiber concrete wet-spraying, the phenomenon of severe cracked and exfoliatedroadway surface spray layer are changed, and good effect is achieved.
