    • 摘要: 矿用气体传感器调校是通过向传感器通入标准浓度样气后,使用遥控器对传感器的相关参数进行校准,在充分掌握各类遥控器红外信号编码格式的基础上设计一种适用于单片机控制的通用编码方式,采用C8051F020单片机对各类传感器配套的遥控器发出的红外调校信号进行模拟,在对各类传感器的红外调校信号进行重新编码后通过数据库技术进行保存和维护,实现了对多种传感器调校过程的远程控制和智能化。

       

      Abstract: The adjustment and calibration of mine gas sensor was done by passing standard concentration sample gas into the sensor, it used the remote controller to adjust parameters of the sensor. On the basis of fully mastering infrared signal encoding format of all kinds of remote controller, it designed a universal encoding mode which suitable for single-chip control. Then it used C8051F020 microcontroller to analog the infrared adjustment signals sent by infrared remote controller which belonged to various types of gas sensors. After re-encoding infrared adjustment signals of different types of gas sensors, it maintained and stored the codes with database technology, which achieved remote control and intelligent in the process of adjustment and calibration of various sensors.
