    Fault Monitoring Methods for Disc Brake System of Mine Hoist

    • 摘要: 介绍了矿井提升机盘式制动器的运行原理和主要故障,并对相应的故障诊断研究现状进行了总结;在总结了制动正压力、闸片磨损量、弹簧性能、制动力矩、偏摆、卡缸和空动时间7个重要参数监测方法的基础上,提出了盘式制动器故障在线监测方法的改进方向。

       

      Abstract: The working principle and main fault of mine hoist disc brake are introduced in this paper, and the current research status of corresponding fault diagnosis is summarized. Based on the review of the monitoring methods of seven important parameters including brake pressure, brake pad wear, spring performance, brake torque, offset swing, blockage piston in cylinder and empty dynamic time, the further improvement of on-line monitoring methods for disc brake systems is also discussed.
