    Application of Network Chart in Optimization of Gas Drainage System of Jiulisan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了降低抽采系统管网阻力,提高矿井抽采系统的效率,通过计算各地面泵站主管、支管的抽采管路阻力,绘制抽采网络图,得到各抽采管网的阻力分布情况,从而有针对性的调整局部阻力高的抽采管网管径。研究结果表明:抽采系统管网优化后,抽采管路阻力降低,抽采浓度和抽采量均得到了显著提升,减少矿井瓦斯对采掘空间的影响,更好地实现了瓦斯综合治理。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the pipeline network resistance of gas drainage system, improve the efficiency of it, by calculating the network resistance of mine pipeline and branch of gas drainage system, the gas drainage network chart has been drawn. The pipeline network resistance distribution is got. The pipe diameter of gas drainage is adjusted for local high resistance. The results show that through the optimization of gas drainage pipe network system, the gas drainage pipeline resistance is reduced, the gas drainage concentration and quantity of drainage are significantly improved. The influence of gas on mining space is reduced. The comprehensive gas control is realized.
