    • 摘要: 由于富家凹煤矿1101工作面有害气体(瓦斯和CO2)含量较高,超限可能性极大,且煤层属于自燃煤层,与有害气体结合极易发生煤层自燃、甚至爆炸,因此在总结目前国内综采工作面防灭火技术优缺点的基础上,提出基于均压通风与注浆技术相耦合的防灭火技术。实践表明该技术使工作面有害气体浓度和采空区温度都降低到了临界值以下,从而保证了工作面的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Due to the high concentration and overrun possibility of harmful gases(gas and CO2) on 1101 working face of Fujiaao coal mine with spontaneous combustion coal seam,which combined with the harmful gas will be prone to coal spontaneous combustion,even explosion,fire prevention and extinguishing technology,based on pressure ventilation and grouting coupling technique,was put forwarded on the basis of summarizing the relative merits of fire prevention and extinguishing technology on fully mechanized working face in domestic.Practice showed that the technology reduced the harmful gases concentration and gob temperature of working face to the critical value,and ensured the safety production of working face.
