    Support Design for Extremely Thick Coal Seam in Large Section Roadway and Its Application

    • 摘要: 为了解决永定庄矿特厚煤层中大断面盘区轨道巷的支护问题,采用钻孔摄像法对该巷道的松动圈厚度进行了测试,基于松动圈支护理论对其支护方案进行设计与现场应用,同时采用数值模拟再现了巷道的开挖、变形、支护与稳定过程。结果表明数值模拟中支护方案形成组合拱的效果与预期结果相符,支护效果良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the support problem of extremely thick coal seam in large section roadway in Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine, the loose circle thickness of the roadway is measured by borehole camera technology, support scheme for the roadway and its on-site application are designed based on loose circle theory, and numerical simulation is used to reproduce the roadway's excavation, deformation, support and stability process. The calculation results show that the combined arch effect of the support program in numerical simulation is consistent with the expected results; the support effects are fairly good.
