    The Fully Mechanized Mining Practice under the Condition of Thin Coal Seam with Large Inclined Angle and Composite Roof

    • 摘要: 为解决复合顶板、薄煤层倾角较大条件下回采的难题,通过理论分析及现场试验,得出工作面伪斜与煤层倾角的经验关系。根据工作面的煤层赋存状况,合理确定综采设备配套选型及回采工艺、两巷的支护形式。采取有效的技术措施,加强现场管理,有效解决了大倾角防坠、防滑、复合顶板的控制等问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problems of stoping under the condition of composite roof and thin coal seam with large inclined angle,the empirical relationship between the working face pseudo-oblique and the dip angle of coal seam has been obtained through theoretical analysis and field test.The fully mechanized mining equipment selection and mining technology,the support pattern of the two lanes were determined reasonably according to the occurrence condition of coal seam at working face.The problems of falling resistance of large angle,skid resistance,composite roof controlling were effectively solved through taking effective technical measures and strengthening field management.
