    FLAC Simulation of Haulage Supporting Optimization Scheme in 40110 Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 以彬长矿区某矿40110综放工作面运顺为背景,对掘进过程中的支护方案进行了优化,应用FLAC数值模拟软件建立相应的计算模型,分析对比了优化前后2种支护方案的围岩变形规律。现场试验及监测研究表明提出的运顺支护优化方案合理可行,保证了运顺围岩的稳定。

       

      Abstract: Based on 40110 fully mechanized caving face haulage of a certain mine in Binchang Mining Area, the support scheme in the process of excavation is optimized. This paper applies FLAC numerical simulation software to establish the corresponding calculation model, comparatively analyzes the deformation law of surrounding rock before and after the support design optimization. Industrial test and monitoring research show that the support optimization scheme of haulage is reasonable and feasible, which ensures the stability of surrounding rock.
