    Experimental Study of Coal Oxidation Process in Constant Temperature Condition

    • 摘要: 通过在不同的环境温度下煤样的氧化实验,得出了在其氧化过程中耗氧速率曲线和CO的生成变化曲线。结果表明,在一定的温度条件下,不同粒径的煤样其耗氧速率及CO生成量是不同的,但是在环境温度过低的情况下,粒径的影响不大,但随着环境温度的升高,变化却会越来越明显。也得出了煤体粒度越小,温度越高,则煤氧复合的强度越大。

       

      Abstract: Through the oxidation experimental of coal samples in different temperature conditions, the curve of consuming oxygen rate and the curve of producing carbon monoxide are obtained. The results show that different particles of coal samples have different rate of oxygen consumption and different rate of producing carbon monoxide under certain temperature conditions. But the particle has little effect on oxygen cunsumed rate and the carbon monoxide rate when the ambient temperature is too low. As the increase of ambient temperature, it will become increasingly evident.The smaller of the particle and higher of temperature, the more of oxygen consumed and carbon monoxide produced.
